Our first ever Christmas carol service was a big success

It was lovely to see all the seats filled – next year we think we’ll aim even bigger and hold it in the nave! The Martinotes, a choir formed just a few weeks ago made up of staff and clients did really well with their performances of two festive songs. The congregation enjoyed singing some traditional carols together and the cathedral cat even made an appearance to warm himself on the air vents!

After the service, people enjoyed a mince pie and hot drink, made by Norwich-based social enterprise The Feed who support homeless people by offering them opportunities to train and work in catering.
