We have a vacancy for a Caretaker to work across two of our services- Dibden Road hostel and the Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub, in Norwich City Centre.

The Caretaker will provide oversight and operational support to facilitate and maintain a high standard of care to the services.

We are looking for someone with experience in working as a Caretaker or Maintenance worker and commercial or domestic cleaning, as well as someone who can demonstrate a caring and empathic nature with the resilience to work alongside vulnerable adults we support.

You will be required to liaise with the Maintenance Team and report all works to the Head of Early Interventions and Head of Property to ensure smooth running of projects and compliance with Health and Safety guidance and legislation.

Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub – 16 bed, 72 hour place to stay for a person who is already sleeping rough, where a person needs will be assessed and a clear and rapid housing pathway with support will be identified and quickly put in to place.

Dibden Road Hostel – our 22-bed hostel working with residents to establish their housing pathway into independent living.
