HR & Admin Assistant

Full time 38 hours per week. Starting Salary £20,444

We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR & Admin Assistant to join us at St Martins.

Reporting into the Director of Operations (Internal) and HR Officer, you will be first point of contact for any incoming enquiries from the public and St Martins’ staff, via various methods of communication and assisting the HR Officer with daily administrative tasks, as well as any other ad hoc duties given.

We are looking for:

  • Someone with the passion and drive to work for one of Norwich’s largest charities supporting the most vulnerable people in the region.
  • Someone who can provide a professional service on Reception to member of the public and visitors to St Martins.
  • Someone who can support the HR Officer with a comprehensive administration service.
  • Someone with an upbeat and can-do attitude, who uses their initiative and is proactive and well organised in the way that they approach their work.
