We are looking to recruit Locum Support Workers at St Martins, to provide cover across our Resettlement Services:
Pathways Outreach – our outreach service that determines whether or not someone is appropriately accommodated and if not, develop a support pathway plan that firstly addresses their immediate future.
Pathways Projects – supporting clients in properties in the community which aims to provide effective life skills.
To be successful you will be confident, adaptable, conscientious, be able to demonstrate empathy with the people who use our services and the determination to make a difference. Experience of working with people with substance misuse and mental health is desirable.
Ability and willingness to be flexible and work unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
