We have a vacancy for a Senior Support Worker to work a night shift at Bishopbridge House, St Martins’ 30-bed direct access hostel. The hostel aims to provide an effective life skills and resettlement service for single homeless people.
The job holder will work alongside another Senior Support Worker to ensure the safety and welfare of residents in the Direct Access Hostel at night.
To be successful you will be confident, adaptable, conscientious, have empathy with our service users and the determination to make a difference. You must have an understanding of complex needs of service users, be able to demonstrate a high emotional resilience and be willing to work as part of a team when approaching practical solutions.
Experience of working with people with homeless clients for a minimum of 2 years, is desirable.
