Webster Court, Lakenfields, offers supported housing for 33 single older people. In addition, for those who are frailer there is a 24/7 care service on site to ensure regardless of people’s needs they will be able to stay as long as possible within their own surroundings.
We are looking for a Care Worker to join the team to provide this ‘high standard’ care and support service for our residents at Webster Court to meet their individual agreed care plans. In doing so the expectation will be to observe and respect their dignity, privacy and independence as far as is practical.
The job holder will need experience in providing personal care and be able to work with End of Life and experience of working with one or more of the following groups: single homeless, ex-offenders, mentally ill, substance misusers or learning disabled, people with dementia.
