Are you interested in mental health? Do want to learn more about how people recover from experiences like depression, anxiety and psychosis? Do you want to help people as they find their feet and rebuild their lives?
St Martins is looking for a passionate person who wants to join our team to make a difference, with experience or knowledge that could help improve someone’s mental health, their physical health, their social networks and their engagement with specialist services. You do not necessarily need to have experience in the mental health field if you have it in other areas of social care.
In return we will provide you with recovery-focused, trauma-informed training that will prepare you to do the best job possible. You will have the support of a team and line-manager which will include reflective practice and supervision. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills.
You will become part of the Norfolk-wide Integrated Housing and Community Support Service and the role will require working flexibly and remotely as part of a geographically-spread team, including daily local travel within the service locality covering Norwich City.
For an application pack please download the attached documents or contact our Reception on 01603 667706 or email email@example.com
St Martins is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults. An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful applicants.
