We are looking to recruit Locums at St Martins, to provide cover across our departments, in particular:
Reablement – working in the community to support clients help improve their mental health, their physical health, their social networks and their engagement with specialist services.
Dibden Road Hostel – our 22-bed hostel working with residents to establish their housing pathway into independent living
Webster Court – our supported housing for 33 single older people to provide care and support for our residents to meet their individual agreed care plans
To be successful you will be confident, adaptable, conscientious, be able to demonstrate empathy with the people who use our services and the determination to make a difference. Experience of working with people with substance misuse and mental health is desirable.
Ability and willingness to be flexible and work unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
