Senior Support Worker – Webster Court

Full time, 38 hours per week. Salary £20,903- £24,491. Shift Work

Closing date: 02/07/2021

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Webster Court, who will provide our high standard care and support service.

You be responsible for the safety and welfare of our residents and tenants who live in Housing with Care Schemes, provide personal care in line with the individual care plans and support the Care Staff on duty during the shift in the absence of the Manager.

Within the role you can expect to manage and control emergency situations that may relate to mental health and substance misuse problems and seek appropriate support from external agencies, as well as undertake the implementation of the drugs procedure and the ordering, administration and auditing of prescribed drugs.

The job holder will ideally hold an NVQ 3 or above in Adult Social Care or equivalent and have experience in providing personal care and of working with one or more of the following groups: single homeless, ex-offenders, mentally ill, substance misusers or learning disabled, people with dementia.
