We have a temporary vacancy for full-time Project/Support Worker at Bishopbridge House, St Martins 30-bed direct access hostel. The hostel aims to provide an effective life skills and resettlement service for single homeless people.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day care and support of residents, providing a high standard of social, educational and recreational activities and enabling residents to attain more independence whilst respecting individuals’ privacy and dignity.
To be successful you will be confident, adaptable, conscientious, have empathy with our service users and the determination to make a difference. Experience of working with people with substance misuse and mental health issues is essential.
