We have a vacancy for a Team Leader at Bishopbridge House, our 30-bed Direct Access Hostel.
The hostel aims to provide an effective life skills and resettlement service for single homeless people.
The post holder will have direct responsibility for the support staff, the organisation of their day-to-day duties, the welfare of the residents and the arrangements for the provision of in-reach services.
To be successful you must have at least 2 years direct experience of working with the homeless or other closely related field of work and have experience of managing staff teams and providing them with support and supervision.
Ability and willingness to be flexible and work unsociable hours, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
