We have a vacancy for a Community Support Team Leader to assist the manager in ensuring that there is a coordinated approach to the support and resettlement of any individual applying to and residing in any community house or temporary accommodation in accordance with the aims, policies and procedures of St Martins.
To be successful you must have at least 2 years direct experience of working with the homeless or other closely related field of work and have experience of managing staff teams and providing them with support and supervision.
