We have a vacancy for a Resettlement Team Leader to assist the manager in ensuring that there is a coordinated approach to the support and resettlement of any individual in the services and to take direct responsibility for the assessment and support of each resident accommodated in Housing First (NCC only), No Second Night Out and Sit Up service and the abstinence and recovery service and liaise with all persons identified as appropriate to the support of each individual.
To be successful you must have at least 2 years direct experience of working with the homeless or other closely related field of work and have experience of managing staff teams and providing them with support and supervision.
