The Magdalen Road Project provides support to people who are ready to move on from residential placements and hospital stays. We support people who have multiple needs, which may include those who have had exclusions from other accommodation.
We have a support worker who provides support and house management Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 4 pm.
People are referred to Magdalen Road from other areas of St Martins and from external agencies. Self-referrals are not accepted.
On entry a person would have had links with mental health services and will be over 18 years.
The Magdalen Road Project comprises six self-contained living units plus six en-suite bedrooms with shared kitchen facilities. There are shared laundry and a communal garden. It is a housing solution for a vulnerable client group – those that have a diagnosed mental health problem and have found it hard to live in other accommodation options.
