Pathways Outreach Worker
This is a temporary full-time, 38hrs per week, fixed term contract until March 31st 2027, Starting salary £28,153 – £32,578 per annum
The main purpose of the job is to work as part of a team to provide an assertive outreach service to people experiencing the most extreme form of homelessness, sleeping rough. Use your skills, knowledge, and experience to engage individuals needing support to assist them in moving away from rough sleeping and high-risk lifestyle.
Floating Support Worker
Part time – 22.8hrs per week – fixed term contract until March 31st 2028, Starting salary £27, 274 – £29,070 annum (pro-rata)
The main purpose of the job is to provide peripatetic specialist support to people with severe and enduring mental health needs, homelessness as well as other complex needs such as physical health needs, learning disabilities, and care needs.
Domestic Worker
This is a temporary Part time, 22.8hrs per week – fixed term contract until March 31st 2027. Starting salary £26,846 – £27,242 per annum (pro-rata)
We have a vacancy for a temporary part time Domestic Worker to join our Housing operations team to be responsible for cleaning as directed, and to assist in maintaining clean and healthy communal areas, working in the community and hostels.
Senior Shift Team Member
Part time – 24hrs per week. Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027. Starting salary £28,153 – £32,578 annum (pro-rata)
The main purpose of the job is to understand and work with adults who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages.
