Our finances

St Martins is mainly funded through grants and donations

A significant proportion of our income comprises grants from various statutory agencies in payment for services provided, including from Norfolk County Council and other local authorities. Other income comes from care packages provided to individual clients, rent and service charges, donations and investment income.

St Martins Housing Trust is a registered charity, number 802013 and company limited by guarantee registered in England no: 2390375. The registered office is St Martins House, 120 Thorpe Road, Norwich NR1 1RT.

Cyber security

As part of our ongoing commitment to cyber security, St Martins has achieved certification to the Cyber Essentials scheme. The scheme defines a baseline standard of security for businesses in the UK. It outlines the controls that all organisations should implement to help mitigate risks from common internet-based threats.
