Chief Executive
Full-time basis (38 hours per week). We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements for part-time hours, including how these are worked across the working week.

Safe & Habitable Homes Coordinator
Full time, 38hrs per week. Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027. Salary £27,254 to £31,537 per annum
The post will require applicants to work as part of a team in partnership with Norwich City Council to deliver support to people who have been identified as being at risk from self-neglect & hoarding, part of the safe and habitable homes initiative
Support Worker – Highwater House
Part time, 32 hours per week. Salary £26,403 – £28,142 per annum (pro rata)
We are recruiting for a permanent Support Worker at Highwater House, a residential care home providing care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues.
Senior Maintenance Worker
Full time Fixed Term Contract for 6 months – 38 hours per week. Starting salary £30,024 – £32,061 (depending on experience)
We have a vacancy for a 6 months’ position as a full-time Senior Maintenance Worker to join our team to provide compliance, maintenance and property services on our properties across Norwich.
Senior Shift Team Member

The main purpose of the job is to understand and work with adults who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages.
Pathways Outreach Worker
Full time – 38hrs per week. Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027. Salary £27,254 – £31,537 per annum
We are looking for a forward-thinking individual, who is experienced in delivering person-centred support to vulnerable people, to join the Pathways initiative and help clients with entrenched multiple needs reach their personal goals, by providing routes out of homelessness.
