Support Shift Team Member
Part time – 24hrs per week. Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027. Salary £27,274 – £29,070 per annum (pro rata)
The main purpose of the job is to understand and work with adults who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages.
Senior Shift Team Member
Full time – 38hrs per week. Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027. Salary £28,153- £32,578 per annum (depending on experience)

Pathways Outreach Worker
Full time – 38hrs per week. Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027. Salary £28,153- £32,578 per annum
We are looking for a forward-thinking individual, who is experienced in delivering person-centred support to vulnerable people, to join the Pathways initiative and help clients with entrenched multiple needs reach their personal goals, by providing routes out of homelessness.
