Independent Living Support Worker

St Martins has a full-time vacancy for an Independent Living Support Worker to work in the community in Norwich! We are looking someone who has experience of working with people who self-neglect and hoard or if you have an insight into these challenges and a passion to support people facing them.
Locum Support Worker
Salary £13.15 per hour
We are looking to recruit Locum Support Workers at St Martins, to provide flexible cover across our Services.
Intensive Recovery Worker (Great Yarmouth Area) – Full Time permanent position, 38hrs per week
Salary Range: £27,254 – £29,064 per year
We are looking for a full-time Intensive Recovery Worker in the Great Yarmouth area to join our team to use specialist expertise to engage and provide intensive support to those accessing the service with the most complex needs, including issues around homelessness, engaging with services, substance misuse and dual diagnosis.
Support Shift Team Member – Part Time, 16hrs per week, Fixed Term Contract until 29th March 2026
Salary Range: £26,403 – £28,142 pro-rata
We are looking for a part-time Support Shift Team Member to join our team to support who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages. The post holder will be part of a team providing person centred and trauma informed support to single homeless people living within homeless services accommodation.
Senior Shift Team Member – Full Time, 38hrs per week, Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026
Salary Range: £27,254 – £31,537 per year
We are looking for a full-time Senior shift team Member to join our team to provide person centred and trauma informed support to single homeless people living within homeless services accommodation. By meeting their day to day needs and dealing with incidents of support as they arise.
Floating Support Team Member – Full Time permanent position, 38hrs per week
Salary Range: £27,254 – £31,537 per year
We are looking for a full-time Floating Support Team Member to join our team to understand and work with adults who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages.
