Members of our Norwich-based group Bridges, spent a very diverse and enjoyable afternoon at the Castle Museum.
Bridges run by St Martins, provides mental health support and information on a drop-in basis as well as group outings and activities. Nine of us visited the Castle Museum to see the “Armistice: Legacy of the Great War in Norfolk” exhibition plus the art galleries, natural history exhibition and much more, all with gorgeous weather en route. The visit was one of our regular local “walk outs”. As winter approaches we are more likely to choose walks to indoor venues, museums and exhibitions. On this occasion a visit to the Castle was suggested and members would agree it provided a very interesting afternoon. There was something there of interest to all of us.
We’d like to thank Castle Museum staff who were extremely helpful when it came to organising the visit.
